AIRPORT PICKUPS:

 

FOR EACH RESERVATION, CUSTOMERS ARE GRANTED A WINDOW OF TIME TO MEET THE DRIVERS AT THE REQUESTED PICK-UP TIME AND LOCATION BEFORE INCURRING WAITING TIME CHARGES.

WE TRACK ARRIVALS TO ENSURE ON-TIME AIRPORT PICKUPS.

A ONE HOUR GRACE PERIOD IS ALLOWED ON ALL ARRIVALS, WAITING TIME CHARGES OF $35 PER HOUR WILL APPLY AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD.

 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

 

WE UNDERSTAND CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO TRAVEL PLANS CAN BE OUT OF YOUR CONTROL. CUSTOMERS WHO CANCEL ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL MAY BE BILLED FOR HALF OF THE AGREED FARE IF WE ARE NOT GIVEN ADEQUATE NOTICE OF TRIP CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. MANAGEMENT WILL DETERMINE IF CHARGES WILL BE BILLED BASED ON THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF THE CANCELLATION
